Connecting for Care Caregivers are invited to connect with one another at www.ConnectingForCare.com, an online community that offers caregivers an opportunity to share experiences, exchange information and build new relationships. Developed by Intel Corporation in collaboration with the NFCA, www.ConnectingForCare.com allows healthcare professionals, social workers and family caregivers to find the support, tools and information they need in hopes of bettering the coordination of care among all groups. Caregivers can create profiles, communicate on forums, search for resources and publicly honor other caregivers who have impacted their lives.
